Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Short version: we collect as little as possible. If you sign up for news we keep your email address to send you news about our games, and nothing else. No ads, no tracking, no cookies, and we never sell or share your data. YouTube videos only load if you click play.

Who is responsible

The data controller for fiondogames.com is Fiondo Games. For anything about your data, write to privacy@fiondogames.com.

Leaderboard names are public. Please don't use your real full name if you don't want it shown.

What stays on your device

Fly Through Your Music stores your settings and personal best scores in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. The website itself uses no cookies.

Who processes the data

The site, the leaderboards and the newsletter list are hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without following you across other websites. We only see totals, never who you are. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google, and the site has no advertising scripts. Links to YouTube, GitHub or other sites take you to those services, whose own privacy policies then apply.

YouTube videos

Trailers are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a “Watch” button. Once you do, the video is loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address and may store data on your device, as described in Google's privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time. That doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew. Just email privacy@fiondogames.com, and we'll handle requests within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), or the authority in the EU country where you live.

Children

Our newsletter is not meant for children under 16. If you are under 16, please ask a parent before signing up.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
